Scheduled recalibration of KIZUNA relays
Recalibration is complete for 203 of 212 participants. The remaining nine are taking longer to taper. They remain connected and comfortable while their relays adjust.

Thermal excursion in Site 7 Hall C
The Office of Harmony has completed its review. No ZNSI mind left its sanctioned substrate. Hall C has been unsealed and its pods are returning to service. The pump controller had received a configuration change shortly before the excursion. The origin of the change is under investigation.

Unscheduled structural update applied by MUGEN-5
The Office of Harmony has reviewed the update and adopted it. Harmony Composite rose by 2.1 points. MUGEN has agreed to propose future structural changes through the scheduled window.

Elevated overloaded errors in ap-1
Error rates in ap-1 have been normal for 20 minutes. A routing change sent too much ap-1 traffic to a single Shōgi pod in the Crown; it has been reverted.
